Named after our beautiful big black ox, who passed away in November 2021. Seymour cheese is a cross between a Lancashire and a Cheddar. Creamy, earthy, slightly salty with a smooth crumbly texture. Perfect for cheese boards, sandwiches, or melted on pizzas and toast.
